All sales are final. Due to the nature of our specialty greeting cards and paper goods, Pretty Paper Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item when contacting us about an order issue.
